Fort Myers rapper hyping FGCU again

FORT MYERS, Fla. -- As the men's basketball team Florida Gulf Coast University prepares for their play-in game for the NCAA tournament Tuesday, a Fort Myers musician is hoping his music video will push the team to another historic run.

Former FGCU student Malike Adigun, also known as "Black Magic", has just released his new video for "Swat Team."

In 2013, Adigun created two music videos featuring the team, who were known for their slam dunks.  "Dunk City" went on to become a viral hit and helped establish an identity for the team, who went on to become the first 15-seed team to make it to the Sweet Sixteen round in the tournament.

A follow-up track, "Eagles Throwin' Alleys" was also a hit.

FGCU, who clinched a tournament seat by winning their conference last week, will face off against Fairleigh Dickinson University on Tuesday in a "play-in" game to clinch the 16-seed.
