LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- An emergency road closure has been forced by a fuel spill near LaBelle.
State Road 80, or Palm Beach Boulevard, is closed in both directions lest west of LaBelle at Big Pine Lane. Traffic is being routed around the spill onto Fort Denaud Road while emergency crews are cleaning up.
The spill happened at 11:37am.
The road is expected to be closed for around 2-3 hours.
