LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- A jury has convicted 32-year-old Joseph Kelley, a homeless Fort Myers man, of sexual assault and battery.
This. after prosecutors say he raped a woman in her 50's outside the Walmart on Colonial Boulevard last December, leaving her with critical injuries at the time.
Kelley is set to be sentenced sometime next month.
