Auditor – Job Order Number 10117890

The Florida Auditor General is seeking applicants for auditing professional positions in our Fort Myers Office. We are currently accepting applications to work in a public accounting environment within the government sector. A moderate amount of travel is required. The applicant must be a Florida CPA or have a bachelor's degree with major course work in accounting and 30 semester or 45 quarter hours in excess of those required for a 4-year baccalaureate degree, meeting the educational requirements of the Florida State Board of Accountancy for licensure as a CPA. The salary for entry-level auditors starts at $47,040. A higher starting salary is negotiable depending on relevant qualifications and work experience. Fringe benefits include employer-paid health, life, dental, and disability insurance. Pay rate: $ 47040.00 per year

Production Assistant – Job Order Number 10124774

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Production assistant is responsible for assisting in various administrative tasks including but not limited to; monitoring schedules, assisting project managers and supervisors with work file preparation, handling day to day administrative tasks, acting as liaison between production control and field personnel. Qualifications and Education Requirements

1. Proficiency in data processing, using Excel 2016.

2. Daily use of a pivot table in order to summarize data in spreadsheets.

3. Creation of unweighted cross tabulations.

4. The candidate must have the ability to set up and changes the summary's structure by dragging and dropping fields graphically.

5. High school diploma (college or technical school preferred).

Preferred Skills

* High level of organizational skills is a must.

* Prior experience working as a production assistant would be helpful.

* Excellent coordination skills and the ability to prioritize are essential.

* High level of customer service skills when dealing with customers, vendors and builders. Ability to reduce tension in situations.

DUTIES

* Open new job tickets with all pertinent information such as payroll squares, materials needed etc.

* Prepare job files with all paperwork necessary.

* Issue Purchase Orders as needed to Supervisors.

* Update "The Wall" (internal spreadsheet showing work flow).

* Reconcile Invoices to PO's.

* Process payroll for all piece rate workers.

* Update individual worker's schedules.

* Enter accounts receivable in QuickBooks.

* Backup on phones.

* Filing as needed.

Pay rate: $17.00 per hour
