LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. -- A month-long investigation leads to the discovery of sizeable amount of drugs inside a Lehigh Acres residence and to the arrest of two people staying there.

This morning, the Narcotics/Vice Unit with the assistance of East (SET) Selective Enforcement Team and the Special Operations Unit executed a search warrant at 1108 Firth Avenue in Lehigh Acres.  Inside the residence they found an array of drugs, including more than a quarter kilogram of powder cocaine, sixteen (16) grams of crack cocaine, forty-one (41) grams of heroin, marijuana and a handgun.

The focus of the investigation was Janaul "J" Green, who detectives call a "mid to upper level dealer."  Green was not at the residence when the search warrant was executed and deputies continue their search for him.

Two other people inside the residence were arrested and charged.  Alexis Peterson is charged with Cocaine Trafficking, Heroin Trafficking and Possession of Marijuana over 20 grams.  Joshua Bigay is charged with Possession of Marijuana under 20 grams.

Current charges are pending for Janaul Green for Heroin Trafficking, Cocaine Trafficking, Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon, Sale of Heroin and Cocaine within 1000 feet of place of Worship and Possession of Marijuana under 20 grams.

"Our relentless focus on drug enforcement roars on, and we will not tolerate this in our community," says Sheriff Mike Scott.  "These poison pushers will be held accountable for their dirty deeds."
