CAPE CORAL, FLA.- Holiday gifts swiped from the front door before you can get to them, it's happening in Southwest Florida.
Law enforcement agencies are warning you to be careful as you send and receive this season.
Pamela Flusch, with Pack 'N Ship, told Fox 4 there are ways you can protect yourself and your package;
"If you're not gonna be home, leave a note on the door to leave it with a neighbor."
She said you can also make sure your packages require signatures when they're delivered, or ask for the packages to be left on a side-door or porch, adding don't wait till the last minute.
"If you wanna get your packages to the destination there are deadlines, you want to make sure you get those packages out next week."
