Lawyers want evidence released in Buckingham murder case

FORT MYERS, Fla. -- The attorneys for the teen accused of planning the murder of a Buckingham man want the state to release all the information gathered during the investigation.

16-year-old Lavaya May is charged with 2nd Degree Murder in the death of Ted Lee.

May says Lee sexually abused her, and her attorneys claim Lee's computer may have child porn on it, which may help with their case.

Investigators say May asked two other suspects, Jonathan Ruffini and Hunter Tyson to kill Ted Lee back in June.

Lee's body was eventually dumped near a church in Manatee County.
