LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- All Lee County Public Schools and Offices will be open Thursday however all extracurricular activities are cancelled with the exception of afterschool daycare programs hosted at the school.
The extracurricular programs cancelled include all clubs and sports. Activity buses will not be operational.
Also cancelled are evening adult education classes and evening classes on technical college campuses.
The District will continue to monitor the track of Hurricane Matthew and provide updates as needed.
