TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — A New Jersey woman claimed a $1 million top prize from a lottery scratch-off game.
The Florida Lottery identified Cleopatra Boiko as the winner.
She claimed the prize as a one-time lump-sum payment of $880,000.00
Boiko purchased the winning ticket from Huxters Market & Deli located at Periwinkle Way in Sanibel.
The retailer will get a $2,000 commission for selling the winning ticket.
