UPDATE (11:34 AM) -- Police say that Ava has been located and is safe. They thank everyone who shared the alert.
Sources tell Fox 4 that she was found at a library.
This comes just minutes after FDLE issued a Missing Child Alert for her. There is still an active crime scene at the family's home.

CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- Police are asking for help locating an endangered missing 10-year-old girl.
Cape Coral Police say Ava Laplacha was last seen at 7:10 am in the 1100 block of NW 20th Avenue. That's just a few blocks northeast of Mariner High School.
She has dark brown hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing a gray shirt and gray pants.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Cape Coral Police Department at (239) 574-3223 or 911.
