COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- Deputies say they cited nearly a dozen drivers Wednesday during a school bus safety operation.
According to the Collier County Sheriff's Office, the Safety & Traffic Enforcement Bureau’s Aggressive Driving and Commercial Motor Vehicle units participated.
The operation resulted in:
* 11 citations issued for passing a stopped school bus while loading and unloading children
* One citation issued for speed.
