Police have arrested two men responsible for the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old man.
19-year-old Grenier Dominguez and 26-year-old Julio Dominguez were arrested and charged in the killing of Nicholas Goffar.
The Cape Coral Police Department says Nicholas arrived to the residence on Kismet Parkway to purchase marijuana. The transaction went different than anticipated when Nicholas attempted to steal the marijuana and flee on foot. That's when at least one of the men shot him.
Both men remain in jail tonight on Homicide and Aggravated Assault charges.
No bond has been posted.
