LEE COUNTY, Fla. — Florida Highway Patrol says a twenty-one-year-old man was killed in a hit and run accident on Saturday. Troopers say the victim, Austin Manke was traveling westbound on a scooter on the inside lane of Cape Coral Bridge.
Troopers say a driver traveling behind Manke hit the scooter and fled the scene. Highway Patrol says the victim died at the scene. Troopers say the vehicle is possibly black, has possible left front damage and a missing left side mirror.
