HENDRY COUNTY, Fla. -- It only took jurors one hour to find a Hendry County man guilty of raping a 16-year-old victim on a party bus four years ago.
22-year-old Joshua Bryan is guilty of two counts of Sexual Battery on the Same Victim by Multiple Perpetrators.
The decision comes following a two-day trial.
Bryan now face up to 60 years in prison for the crime. He is scheduled to be sentenced on October 5th.
Bryan's cousin, 35-year-old Timothy Alexander, was found guilty in the same case earlier this year and sentenced to 30 years in prison.
“We are very happy that we were able to achieve guilty verdicts for the victim and to be able to
assist her through a very difficult situation,” said Assistant State Attorney John Dommerich, Jr.
