A three car crash is causing traffic delays in Charlotte County.
Charlotte County Fire and EMS says the crash happened at the intersection of State Road 776 and Gillot Boulevard in Port Charlotte.
Responders say three vehicles collided including a pick up truck which rolled on its side.
An elderly man was driving the pickup truck and was removed and taken to Lee Memorial Hospital.
The left turn line and inside lane of State Road 776 is blocked at this time.
If you are driving, expect delays traveling eastbound on State Road 776 from Englewood in Port Charlotte at least for the next hour while crews work to clear the debris in the road.
