NORTH PORT, Fla. — Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a single vehicle / single occupant crash that left a 39-year-old North Port man dead.
The crash occurred around 6:30pm on Friday along I-75 near mile marker 180.
FHP says the driver was transported to Sarasota Memorial Hospital and was later pronounced dead.
