$5 million lottery ticket sold in North Fort Myers

LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- A North Fort Myers man has claimed a multi-million dollar prize after purchasing a Florida Lottery scratch-off ticket at a local Publix store.

54-year-old Jeffrey Puleski purchased a Monopoly scratch-off ticket at the Publix on Bayshore Road in North Fort Myers and won the $5 million top prize in the game.

He chose to receive the one-time lump sum payment of $3.84 million in Tallahassee this week.

The Publix store will receive a $10,000 bonus commission for selling the ticket.
