DESOTO COUNTY, Fla. — A motorcyclist was pronounced dead after a car crash yesterday on U.S. 27 in DeSoto County.
The motorcyclist was driving north on the right lane and veered onto the right shoulder.
After attempting to reenter the right lane it collided with a second vehicle.
The driver of the motorcycle sustained critical injuries and was taken to the hospital where they were later pronounced dead.
