FORT MYERS, Fla. - A man complained about the price of beer at a Fort Myers gas station and then spit on another customer.
This happened Tuesday evening at a Shell gas station at the corner of Gladiolus Drive and Summerlin Road.
The man complained about the price of a 4 pack of beer and that the clerk couldn't find the cigarettes he wanted.
When another customer stepped in to back up the clerk, the man spit on the customer.
No charges are being filed in this case.
