Every day, 28 people in the United States die in alcohol-related vehicle crashes. Unfortunately, holidays like Cinco de Mayo can cause those numbers to rise. To help fight impaired driving, AAA is offering its “Tow to Go” program.
For those that did not plan ahead and need the program, it is available Friday, May 5th through 6am Sunday morning, May 7th.
If you've had too much to drink while out this weekend and feel it is unsafe to drive home, just call (855) 2-TOW-2-GO, or 855-286-9246.
The following guidelines apply:
- Confidential local ride to a safe location within 10 miles
- The AAA tow truck takes the vehicle and the driver home
- Free and available to AAA members and non-members
