An accident involving a power pole being knocked down has lead to the closure of two Northbound Lanes on US 41 on Thursday, the Fort Myers Police Department said.
This is between Linhart and Hanson Streets on Cleveland Avenue.
Traffic is currently being detoured to Hanson Street or to the Southbound Lanes in US 41.
Motorists are asked to avoid the scene as emergency vehicles clear the roadways.
