During a case management hearing today Riess' attorney requested more time.
A pre-trial hearing is set for December 17th.

The woman accused of killing a tourist on Fort Myers Beach is scheduled to be back in a Lee County courtroom tomorrow.
Investigators said last year, Lois Riess killed her husband in Minnesota then traveled to Fort Myers Beach where she killed Pamela Hutchinson to steal her identity.
In May, a Minnesota grand jury indicted Riess on first- and second-degree murder charges for the death of her husband.
Riess has a case management hearing set for tomorrow morning.
