CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. — Ryan Cole, the man accused of killing Khyler Edman has been indicted on First Degree Murder charges.
Cole was charged with 2nd degree in November.
In a press conference held by the Charlotte County Sheriffs Office, they announce the upgraded charges.
