CLEWISTON, Fla. — As COVID cases rise and the holidays approach, an anonymous donor is delivering holiday cheer to Clewiston residents this weekend.
An unnamed donor has hired the soon-to-open Staghorn Kitchen to prepare 200 Florida barbecue and home-style meals to be delivered by the police department to people in need on Saturday, Dec.19.
“We are extremely grateful to have been hired to carry out such a thoughtful and generous gift to the community we will soon serve,” said Samuel Edwards, owner and head chef of Staghorn Kitchen.
Staghorn Kitchen is located at 728 E Sugarland Hwy., and will open later this month.
