PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. -- We have an update to a story we brought you out of Charlotte County Saturday night.
Frantz Pierre-Louis has been arrested for Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon and booked into the Charlotte County Jail.
Saturday we reported that a man had been shot in what's being called a domestic incident between family members.
It happened around 5:30 p.m. in the 3400 block of Middletown Street.
Deputies say the victim is being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
We do know that there were three people inside the home at the time of the shooting.
