LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- An 18 year old man from Lehigh Acres is facing charges in a crash that killed a little boy.
It happened back in November 2018 in Lehigh Acres.
Troopers say Mitchell Buenrostro was driving on Sunset Road in a truck with three other passengers, when he ran a stop sign and hit a minivan on Gunnery Road, causing it to go into a ditch.
Five-year-old Connor Green from Fort Myers was one of two children passengers in the minivan, and died from injuries sustained in the crash.
Tuesday, Buenrostro, now 18-years-old, was arrested for driving without license, resulting in death.
