UPDATE -- SR 31 is back open to all traffic.

At lease two people are dead following a multi-vehicle crash in Desoto County.
It happened shortly after 9:00 a.m. at 10347 SR 31.
Florida Highway Patrol say the vehicles involved include:
•CMV (tractor/trailer) – Pepsi
•Chevrolet dually pickup
•Toyota pickup w/ trailer
•Polaris motorcycle
•2 other motorcycles
Information leading up to the crash has not been released.
This is an ongoing investigation.
