Authorities search for missing Belle Isle mother

BELLE ISLE, Fla — The Lee County Sheriff's Office and the Belle Isle Police Department needs your help finding a missing endangered woman.

They are looking for 50-year-old Stephanie Chitwood Hollingsworth.

They say she is 5’4”, 115 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Hollingsworth was last seen wearing a black shirt and gray/black pants.

Investigators say the mother of three needs care because she has some mental conditions.

Hollingsworth was last seen on September 25th at noon at her home on Monet Avenue in Belle Isle.

They say she took her purse but left her cell phone at her home.

Investigators believe she is driving a 2000 Silver Chevrolet Tahoe with Florida license plate Y50XUR.

They say her last debit card transaction was Friday at the Bank of America located at Hoffner/Goldenrod.

The Lee County Sheriff's Office says they are working with BIPD because Hollingsworth has family in the area.
