LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- Florida's back to school sales tax holiday starts next week, and Fox 4 is In Your Corner. Here's what qualifies, so you can plan ahead.
Clothes, shoes, and backpacks that cost $60 or less qualify.
So do school supplies that are $15 are less.
And here's something new: select electronics are also part of the holiday. There's no tax for electronics up to $1,000. Technology wasn't part of the holiday last year.
The tax holiday begins Friday, August 2nd through Tuesday, August 6th.
