LEE COUNTY, Fla.-- On April 19, 2018, the Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the Sun Coast is having their 7th annual Chefs Cooking for Kids Gala.
The purpose of the gala is to raise money for at-risk kids in our area and to match them with big brothers or big sisters. This gala is one of the organization's biggest events of the year.
The event will have about 250 attendees and 10 chefs. It will be held at the Sidney and Berne Davis Art Center in Downtown Fort Myers.
There will be several live auction packages and 35 silent auction packages. They include concert tickets, theme park tickets, dinners, drinks and more. If you're not able to make it to the event, you are able to bid on silent auction items online.
Fox 4 anchor, Amy Wegmann will emcee the event again this year.
