FORT MYERS, Fla. — Fort Myers police outreach program, C.O.A.C.H., is hosting their third annual silent auction on Feb. 23.

COACH stands for Community Outreach to Achieve Change on the Homefront.

They supply students bi-weekly with backpacks of food and assists with school clothes. They also help feed local youth during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and throughout the Summer.

On Sunday, the program is hosting their 3rd annual silent auction, which is their biggest fundraiser of the year.

Last year, the family event raised $13,000. Organizers say this year, their goal is to raise $20,000.

The silent auction is Sunday, Feb. 23, at Millennial Brewing Co. starting around noon.

Organizers say the items in the auction Disney tickets, round-trip airline tickets on Southwest, Useppa Island membership, boat rentals, fishing charter, resort stays, theater tickets, gift baskets, gift cards to restaurants and a smoker.

The event will also have fun activities for the family and barbeque plates for purchase.
