FORT MYERS, Fla — Calusa Nature Center and Planetarium has canceled its 36th annual Haunted Walk because of its trail system's flooding.
The nature center says it is a possibility that the trail can dry up by this weekend.
But it won't have time to put up its decor safely and all its electric wiring it would need for the themed walk.
The nature center is asking for donations to help cover the $40,000 expected to raise.
