CAPE CORAL, Fla. — Cape Coral held its official Christmas tree lighting outside City Hall.
But the tree almost didn't make it in time.
A city spokeswoman says supply chain issues mean the 26 foot artificial tree arrived a day later than expected - meaning it got there just hours before the ceremony.
She says it took the set up crew about 4 hours to assemble the tree at the south entrance to City Hall.
