CAPE CORAL, Fla. — UPDATE 11/16/2020

Christopher Alan May has sentenced to 10 years in prison and 5 years probation by a Lee County Judge.

He was found guilty of aggravated child abuse and aggravated stalking charges.

May is to have zero contact with the victims of his crimes.

Christopher May, 32, has been arrested and charged with abusing his two-month old twin sons, who suffered serious injuries, according to Cape Coral Police.

Police said the Department of Children and Families notified officers after discovering one of the babies had a severe skull fracture on May 26th. Based on this and other injuries, they checked out the brother, who also had skull fractures and broken ribs, among other injuries. Both babies had to be flown to a hospital out of the county. Their condition as of Saturday night is unknown.

Stefanie May filed a domestic violence claim against May on Friday, the same day he was arrested. May has since bailed out of jail and is expected to appear in court for the child abuse charges on July 1st.
