CAPE CORAL, Fla. — It's the 18th annual Borrowing Owl Festival in Cape Coral this weekend.
Southwest Florida is known to have one of the largest populations in the nation with nearly 3,000 of these endangered species in Cape Coral.
The festival will be held on Saturday, Feb. 29 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. at Rotary Park.
Visitors can enjoy a variety of wildlife tours and a dedicated burrowing owl exhibit.
