A crash Saturday night near Coronado Parkway and SE 8th Place killed a Cape Coral man, the Cape Coral Police Department said.
Police responded to the single vehicle crash at around 11:40 PM Saturday night.
Dalton Earl Goodwin, 30, of Cape Coral slammed into a concrete light pole near Coronado Parkway and SE Place, CCPD said.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Goodwin was not wearing a helmet or eye protection at the time of the crash.
It is not known if alcohol is a factor in the traffic crash.
