CAPE CORAL, Fla. — Several Florida cities ranked on the top twenty five of the most up-and-coming cities in the United States.
According to The Neighbor, they ranked the cities using several factors using data from the United States Census Bureau, USA Today, Bureau of Labor Statistics, and the Gallup’s State of American Well Being Reports:
- Diversity
- Well, Being Improvement
- Change in Unemployment
- Population Growth
- Housing permit Growth
- Housing per Capita
Taking those factors into account, Cape Coral ranked number two on the top of the list.
In addition to Cape Coral, six other cities in Florida made the list.
Jacksonville made number four followed by Ocala, St. Port Lucie, Lakeland, North Port, and Deltona.
