CAPE CORAL, Fla. — CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- Three of the four parcels situated around the “four corners” intersection in Cape Coral have been rezoned. But the last one is still up in the air.
That's the decision made by the Cape Coral City Council.
The intersection is at Agualinda Boulevard and Beach Parkway.
The three corners were rezoned as multi-family units.
The fourth corner was supposed to be commercial, but some people who live nearby weren't happy with that idea. So the commission tabled the decision for now.
