COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — Collier County deputies arrested a man who they say used a stolen credit card to buy items at two different stores.
Deputies were alerted to a vehicle burglary on Kathy Lane Wednesday.
The victim told deputies she received an alert from her bank that her credit card was used at a RaceTrac on Tamiami Trail East and another transaction at Home Depot for more than three hundred dollars.
Realizing she left her credit card in her unlocked car at her house, she checked her car and found her credit card missing.
She went further and checked her cameras, and saw a suspect steal items from her car. Those items included her credit card and a twenty-dollar bill from her purse.
Deputies were able to locate and arrest the suspect Lynne Foster. He's facing two counts of Fraud-Impersonation-Possession and two counts of Fraud-Illegal Use of Credit Card.
