UPDATE: Cape Coral Police confirming charges have been filed against Jennifer Moschovas for the abduction of Juliet Odierna.
Jennifer was interviewed and released from the scene, as there was not yet enough of evidence to charge her with a crime.
After further investigation, Jennifer was relocated by officers to a hotel in Eufaula, Alabama and placed her under arrest on the Cape Coral Police Department warrant. '
She is charged with Interference with Custody.

CAPE CORAL, Fla. --- Charges have been filed against Theodore Moschovas for the abduction of Juliet Odierna on Thursday.
According to Cape Coral Police Department, around 2 in the morning on February, 23rd, 2018, 8-year-old Juliet Odierna was located by law enforcement in Eufaula, Alabama.
She was in the company of her stepfather, Theodore Moschovas and her biological mother, Jennifer Moschovas at the time she was found.
Official say Jennifer Moschovas was interviewed on the scene and then released.
Theodore Moschovas was charged with interference with custody after he intentionally posed as Juliet's biological father.
The investigation is still ongoing.
