ENGLEWOOD, Fla. -- Charlotte County commissioners will dedicate a county building to a long time county leader Thursday.
Mac V. Horton served on the school board, the county commission, and as Charlotte County Supervisor of Elections until 2008.
The West Annex Building on San Casa Drive in Englewood currently houses offices of the Charlotte County Tax Collector, Supervisor of Elections, and Property Appraiser, and the county's Human Services and Utilities departments.
