CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. — Charlotte County deputies are searching for a missing and endangered woman.
Denise Malafa, 67, has not been home since 4 am Friday morning.
Malafa was last seen walking southbound in the northbound lane on Tamiami Trail near the Ford dealership in Port Charlotte around 12:30 pm. She was wearing sunglasses, a pink shirt and khaki shorts with her hair in a messy side bun.
