CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. — The Charlotte County Utilities returning to pre-pandemic policies.
Customers who fail to pay their water or wastewater bill will get their water shut-off.
Customers that had past due bills before will be enrolled in a payment plan.
In March 2020, the Charlotte County Utilities Department suspended water-shutoff because people were out of work due to the pandemic.
