CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. — The Charlotte County Sheriff's Office arrested a woman after being caught swimming in a swimming pool naked.

Deputies say the homeowner who was in Canada was watching this incident on his surveillance video.

Due to past incidents, he recognized the female as the neighbor next store.

Several CCSO deputy's arrived on the scene and observed the female in the swimming pool naked.

Capri L. Wiedemann, 22, was asked to get out of the swimming pool and get dressed.

She complied and asked what was going on.

The homeowner said he was in Canada and had watched the neighbor, Capri, go onto his property and swim in the swimming pool.

Over the last few months, the caretaker was informed several times to stop using the pool due to insurance issues.

The victim sent her a certified letter addressing the issue; it was received on July 6, 2020.

The victim said he has placed numerous No Trespassing signs around his property and told Capri not to trespass. He had new locks put on the screen doors to keep her out.

The victim was again contacted and informed that Capri was the subject in the swimming pool today.

The screen was previously cut to gain access.

The victim agreed that she should be arrested for Criminal Trespass.
