City Council to consider spending on new downtown parking garage in Naples

Posted

NAPLES, FL. - City Council will decide whether to spend $15 million to build a parking garage in downtown Naples.

The garage would be at the corner of 4th Avenue South and 4th Street South.

On Wednesday, the city will review a $6 million contract to buy the land from a real estate company.

If the council agrees to the deal, construction would likely cost the city an additional $9 million.
