CLEWISTON, Fla. — The Clewiston Police Department arrested a man for aggravated animal cruelty Tuesday morning.
CPD arrested Waldemar Mejias after asking for the public's assistance in identifying him.
While CPD has not released any additional information on the case, this has been confirmed as an animal abandonment investigation.
