LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- The U.S. Coast Guard is clearing up any concern over activity off Fort Myers Beach on Tuesday.
Four in Your Corner heard from many people wondering why a coast guard helicopter was flying around the island Tuesday afternoon.
The coast guard says it was simply conducting a training exercise which involved lifting a dummy out of the water.
They say no one was ever in any danger.
