COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — A suspect connected to a shooting outside of WoodSpring Suites Naples was arrested on Friday by the Collier County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies say Lance James Levi, 23 , of Naples, who is a convicted felon, shot multiple times at a car on July 29th outside of the hotel.
Witnesses told deputies they were outside when two white males, a black male, and a white female were arguing outside.
Deputies obtained surveillance video showing two white males entering the hotel and banging on the door of a room.
The Collier County Sheriff's Office says the victim left the room and went to his car as the two white males were following him.
Deputies say the male suspect seen on video, later identified as Levi, shot at the victim's car.
According to the incident report, the victim got out of the car and left the area on foot.
Levi was transported to Naples Jail Center for processing. He is facing multiple charges.
