COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — First responders worked to contain a house fire on 20th Avenue in Collier County Sunday morning.
Greater Naples Fire Rescue says crews were able to hold the flames in the garage, but the home has extensive smoke damage.
Firefighters say the homeowners were able to leave just in time and suffered no injuries.
Due to the damage, they are unable to return, according to Greater Naples Fire Rescue.
First responders say the Red Cross is assisting the family with temporary accommodation.
Firefighters say the cause of the fire has been ruled accidental.
