COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- A bus driver accused of hitting a student with special needs is now out of a job, as well as a teacher accused of having sex with 15-year-old students.

Detectives say former teacher Kirstie Rosa also gave students drugs and alcohol. She worked at Phoenix Alternative School in Naples.

She has denied the accusations. She's due in court at the end of the month.

And former bus driver Dayely Gonzalez was accused of slapping a 10-year old boy with special needs. Deputies say there's video of the incident.

Deputies say she told them she'd made a mistake and she'd gotten angry when the boy threw a piece of his apple on the floor.

School board members approved their terminations Monday.
